W-600A 24 inch Automatic Single Impulse Sealer with 2mm Seal W-Series Automatic sealers are designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, materials up to 24” wide and 15 mil total thickness can be sealed. The seal width is 2.7mm or 5mm depending on the model. The sealer is equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet. The unit operates on impulse sealing and is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Sealer includes an electric foot switch and work table. automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control dual mode operation: auto or manual foot switch allows both hands to be free 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, & congealing time in order to fit individual needs.
