FOR Trophy Cleaner Vyasol (250g)

$31.34 $50.46
VYVASOL Trophy Cleaner is an effective means of boiling  trophies. Substances contained in the product help to breakdown and separate tissue from the bone, thus shortening the boiling time. It degreases and partially bleaches the trophy (bleaching can be completed with use of the bleaching paste from the FOR HUNTER product line). Instructions for use: 1. Before using VYVASOL cleaner, the trophy should be skinned, major tissue masses fleshed, brain removed and brain cavity washed. 2.  Then place the skull into cold brine and soak for 24 hours. Take care that the antlers or horns are not submerged, it is best to remove horns before soaking. (More info in instructions for removing horns). 3. Thereafter prepare VYVASOL Trophy Cleaner (30-50g /l of water), one scoop is approx. 30g (the dosage depends on the age and species of animal). Then start to heat  and stir the solution until the cleaner dissolves completely. Afterwards put the skull into the solution and continue heating to approx. 80°C, it is recommended not to boil to prevent any possible damage to the skull. 4. Check the skull continuously to prevent overheating it. When the tissues start to separate from the skull, pull it out and clean with dissection tools and brushes. If it is hard to remove all the tissue, put the skull back in the solution and simmer further.  Check it frequently and then clean off the remaining tissue. 5. Rinse the skull thoroughly and let it dry. 6. If necessary, bleach the skull with bleaching paste TROFI-BP. 7. After drying apply TROFICARE or TROFIWAX from the FOR HUNTER product line onto the skull. Then you may pour the used solution into the household sewage. Instructions for removing horns: 1. Heat water to approx. 80°C in pot big enough to submerge the horn. Higher temperatures can damage horns. 2. Put the skull into water so that that one horn is completely submerged. 3. After 15 minutes pull the skull out and grab the horn that was not submerged. Hit the simmered horn with strong strikes repeatedly until the horn comes off the bone. If the horn stays in place after multiple forceful strikes, simmer it for another 10 minutes and repeat the process. After removing the first horn repeat the process with the second one.  Then wash horns with soapy water and let dry. Always wear protective equipment (i.e., goggles and gloves) when using VYVASOL Trophy Cleaner. Content: 250 grams
